“True service begins not with charity, but with the courage to see someone else’s pain as your own.”

In 2017, Dr. Ajay Lall, a doctor by profession and a humanitarian by spirit, laid the foundation for Care for Needy Charitable Trust India (CNCTINDIA) with a belief rooted not in charity, but in shared humanity.

What began as a heartfelt response to the suffering of India's poorest has since grown into a movement of care, compassion, and community. CNCTINDIA is built on a simple yet powerful mission: to restore dignity, opportunity, and hope to those living in the shadows, especially women, children, and below-poverty-line families.

From urban slums to rural villages, we work to ensure that no one is left behind. Our interventions range from livelihood creation to medical relief, food security to education access, each one designed to not just meet a need, but to change a life.

Dr. Lall’s vision continues to inspire every step we take: that real progress isn’t measured by numbers, but by the humanity we return to those who’ve lost it.

Today, CNCTINDIA stands as a testament to what is possible when empathy is turned into action.
